Frequently asked questions
Every processed document — an invoice, an order, a delivery note, a receipt — counts toward your plan's monthly total. Documents canceled before processing don't count.
On Starter, processing stops once you reach the limit. On Professional and Enterprise, documents beyond the quota are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis, transparently.
Yes. A user can belong to multiple organizations and switch between them: built for firms and agencies that work for many clients.
The infrastructure and storage are entirely within the European Union. You can configure the retention period: beyond the window, documents are deleted automatically and permanently.
